They should be banned from booking sites. As you can see from all the reviews, I'm not the only one that has had problems with Lyx Suites. Don't stay here, they don't deserve anyone's business. Coupled with their lies that they were soooo sorry but did not come through just made the whole experience worse. If you book a place you should expect a clean space and having a towel with feces in the washer is unhealthy and not acceptable. We should have been compensated for their lack of care in taking care of the unit and providing a clean and healthy place to stay, a towel with feces on it is the complete opposite of this. I know they may respond to my review saying I was trying to get money back but I beg to differ. He simply disappeared and never heard back from him. The owner offered a 20% refund which we accepted but I've been texting him for two weeks.
